In 2013 thought leader David J. Anderson, pioneer of Kanban, visited us in Linz for a Lean & Agile Coffee (see: link). We are happy to announce that he is back with a bunch of insights! The classes will take place from January, 27th to January, 31st, 2020 in Vienna.

Please be aware that this is a one-time and exclusive thing with limited capacity for the classes!

David is going to cover the following topics (for details please follow the specific links):

The series is called "Agile Pain Point Solutions" and come to life because David was permanently addressed with the questions behind the mentioned topics.
He decided to launch a series to share his insights with executives, decision-makers who set strategy and those who carry responsibility for revenue, customer satisfaction or other strategic business objectives (e.g. Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Architects, Marketing professionals, etc).
